What's your typical turnaround time?
Most projects go from initial brief to a live, running system in under four weeks. Simpler automations can ship sooner; larger platform builds or IoT/hardware integrations typically take longer — we'll give you a specific timeline once we've scoped the project.
Do you build custom pipelines, or only sell access to your own platforms?
Both. We build fully custom software and AI automation pipelines for clients, and we also offer direct access to platforms we've already built and run ourselves — like Squash Portal and Budget Buddy — which can be used as-is or customised for your business.
What's included in a quote?
A quote covers the full build: discovery and pipeline design, development and integration, testing and tuning, and handover of a documented, running system. We also offer an ongoing support/retainer option to expand capabilities and maintain the system as your needs grow.
Do you work with clients outside South Africa?
Yes — our work is remote-first and we take on clients internationally. Support is coordinated through email and WhatsApp regardless of location; our AI call centre line is South African.
